IOR/EOR Pricing & Vendor

Salary: $2500 - $3500

• Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and delivery.
• Verify and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.

• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
• Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
• Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
