A Tier 2 international firm is looking to hire into a IP Litigation Associate into its growing team.

This is an opportunity to work in one of the largest and best-respected teams in the country. The firm is committed to a significant expansion of its IP team in the UK, as an integral part of its global intellectual property practice, and there are outstanding career prospects for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of cases involving the infringement of patents, trade marks and copyright (particularly software), trade secret litigation and related contractual and commercial claims. You will have an opportunity to become involved in transactional and advisory IP work.
