Overview

To ensure that processes and procedures in the Industrial Relations are adhered to on a company-wide level. Responsibilities Legal drafting of applications or notices to be used at CCMA, National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI) and / or Labour Court, such as condonation applications and rescission applications. Represent the company at all matters at the CCMA and NBCRFLI. Interacting with external legal counsel on any IR matter, including Labour Court.
