Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repairs: Develop and implement a regular maintenance schedule for all water management technicians. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues promptly. Coordinate with technicians all necessary repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing faulty components, or adjusting sprinkler heads. Water Conservation: Monitor and optimize irrigation schedules, adjusting watering patterns based on weather conditions, plant types, and system performance to conserve water and promote plant health.
