Responsibilities The primary duties of this position are: Supervises a crew size ranging from 8 to 12 members in five distinct trades/crafts employees involved in both single craft and multi-craft work projects. Determines the requirements for and schedules manpower, tools, equipment, facilities, and materials on a project-by-project basis, prepares long-term maintenance schedules that adhere to work priorities and requirements established by higher-level supervisors and technical guidance.
