IRST Production IPT Lead

**Description:**
You will be the Production IPT Lead – IRST for the Sensors & Global Sustainment team. Our group drives the design, development, and fielding of cutting edge infrared search and track systems, delivering reliable, high performance hardware to the warfighter.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Production IPT Lead you will own end to end execution of the IRST program’s infrared receiver (IRR) line, from concept through sustained production. You’ll steer a cross functional team, serve as the technical conscience of the effort, and partner with customers, suppliers, and internal design groups to keep cost, schedule, and performance on target.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Lead program execution: develop ROMs, respond to new business opportunities, and manage inter program coordination for legacy IRST assets (Legion Pod, Legion ES, Navy Blk II).
