Responsibilities
- Manage planned and emergent engineering work within your assigned scope
- Support internal and external stakeholders with timely and accurate technical input
- Originates routine or low‑complexity engineering deliverables
- Review technical work products developed by external organizations
- Author processes and procedures for recurring engineering support and deliverables
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to support project success
- Identify and champion Continuous Improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or equivalent; Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation (or equivalent)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in ship design, ship construction, or relevant complex industrial/manufacturing environments
