Opportunity Description
HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a **Supervisor – Well Abandonment** to lead field operations supporting oil and gas well abandonment projects. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities including excavation, wellhead severing (cut & cap), site restoration, and coordination of crews and equipment across multiple job sites.
The Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This individual serves as the primary point of contact in the field, providing leadership, direction, and technical guidance to crews while maintaining strong customer relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced field leaders or transitioning military personnel with strong leadership and operational experience.
