Urgent requirement of IS Retail Functional Consultant - Contract - Sydney Requirements Key Responsibilities : Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Lead retail application implementation and support activities. Work on retail business processes including: Merchandising, Inventory Management Pricing & Promotions, Point of Sale (POS) Order Management, Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Omnichannel Retail Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations. Prepare functional design documents (FDD), BRD, user stories, and process flows. Coordinate with technical and integration teams during implementation. Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment. Provide post-production support and issue resolution. Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams in agile delivery environments.
