It Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Be the principal engineer on his/her area of knowledge taking responsibility for the entire solution in complex environment.
• Design solutions in his/her area of knowledge following Global Standards or creating regional ones when required.
• Be the higher‑level support for problem solving in case of serious outage or major incidents where contracted resources do not have enough expertise or experience.
• Ensure that support teams have necessary expertise for their jobs assessing them, providing necessary documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Assess periodically current technologies and solutions and evaluate better options based on market best practices or Goodyear specifics.
• Lead other technicians by example of teamwork, good quality deliverables, responsive support and great accountability for the company’s results.
