Software applications refer to content management systems, database systems, business software that are essential to support bank's operations.
Related duties will be:
Deploying and maintaining software applications to meet operational needs and service levels.
Defining, applying, and maintaining application configurations and security baselines, using Group Policy Objects (GPO) or other appropriate tools.
Monitoring and optimizing the performance of software applications.
Detecting, logging, and resolving potential and actual problems, in line with incident management processes.
Managing software patches and updates, including vulnerability remediation, in accordance with the change management process.
Managing user access provisioning and deprovisioning, in line with access control policies.
Evaluating new software applications and supporting proof-of-concept assessments.
