Based within the School of Biological Sciences, the Department of Biochemistry is a globally recognized hub for research and education, drawing talent from across the world. We are seeking an IT Apprentice to assist us in delivering a robust digital infrastructure that our diverse scientific initiatives depend upon. In this role, you will work toward a Level 3 qualification while providing hands‑on technical support to maintain the vital IT services that power our department.

Apprenticeship Program

As an apprentice, you will follow Firebrand's Information Communication Technician programme to gain the foundational skills needed for our Department. This includes achieving your CompTIA A+ credentials, a powerful asset for any IT professional.
