Be the on-site technical reference (site SME) and main point of contact for the Laboratory Execution System (LabVantage) and SAP QM module, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation in QC laboratories and reliable integration with SAP (especially SAP Quality Management (QM)) and relevant industrial processes. The role focuses on hands-on support, troubleshooting, minor enhancements, testing, documentation, and user enablement.
