IT Asset Coordinator

Our client has an opportunity available for an IT Asset Coordinator.

Requirements:

• 4 years’ experience in an IT Service Desk or Call Centre role, preferably in the telecommunications space, of which 2 years’ experience must be within an ITIL aligned asset managed environment.


• Matric,


• Business intelligence certificate.


• Relevant IT Diploma or Degree would be advantageous.


• ITIL certificate would be advantageous.


• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.


• Have basic finance knowledge.


• Analytics and business intelligence background- critical.

KPAs:

• Develop and deliver quality working programs to meet customer and user specifications.


• Manage and continuously monitor the usage of cell phones and analysing trends or discrepancies.
