Job Description
- Provide first-level onsite or remote IT support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Support site offices with IT-related matters, including procurement, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for the procurement, repair, maintenance, and payment of IT equipment and services.
- Maintain and regularly update the IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy, accountability, and resource availability.
- Manage user accounts, including user onboarding/offboarding, creation, modification, deletion, access permissions, and backup of critical data (e.g., DingTalk, file servers and VPN access).
- Monitor security systems to detect unauthorized access and respond appropriately to threats.
