Opportunity Description

Do you enjoy identifying root causes? Would like to gain hands-on experience in HR IT? Join our HR IT team and support one of the key SuccessFactors modules used across the Lufthansa Group.

As an IT Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and consistency of employee data within the SuccessFactors Employee Profile (EP) environment. 

Tasks

  • Act as the first point of contact for tickets related to employee data quality issues within SuccessFactors Employee Profile

  • Investigate data inconsistencies, missing employee information, interface errors, and reporting line discrepancies

  • Coordinate data corrections with HR and shared service teams
  • Analyze employee data across SuccessFactors and connected source systems to identify root causes of issues

  • Monitor interface transfers and verify successful implementation of data corrections
