What You Will Do
* Primary Administrator for Helpdesk System and Ticket creation, prioritization, and assignment for home office and job sites.
* PC and smart phone setup and deployment; perform technical and operational support to users of desktop computers, laptops, and cell phones either by telephone or on-site for hardware and software packages.
