IT Business Analyst (6 Months to 1 year contract)

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team on a contractual basis (6 months, extendable) . This role will play a critical part in bridging business stakeholders and IT teams , ensuring seamless delivery of projects within scope and timelines.

You will support automotive dealership and mobility use cases , including vehicle sales, aftersales service, rentals, customer lifecycle management, and digital platforms.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions through workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Collaborate with sales, rental, aftersales, and marketing teams
• Document BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
