IT Business Analyst (Non-IQUBE) Specialist

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new developments.
• Act as a liaison between business users and development teams/vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and test scenarios.
• Support system implementation, UAT, issue investigation, and production support activities.
• Conduct user training and maintain project documentation in compliance with IT governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
• Familiar with insurance systems and business processes.
