Duties: Work within Citi’s U.S. Personal Banking Technology space on the Deposit, Savings & Secure Lending team and specifically within the Branch Technology team, which serves as the principal point-of-contact for the Branch Business and ensures the delivery of all Branch Mandatory & Strategic initiatives. Focus on Business Analysis and System Analysis skillset to deliver programs/projects with key partners including Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Business, as well as external vendors. Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects.
