Opportunity Description
Quant Developer (European Direct Lending) - Hybrid - London - Up to £250k TC
We're working with a global alternative asset manager ($570bn AUM) on a rare, greenfield hire within their European Direct Lending business, a $80bn+ strategy with ~95 investment professionals across London and Europe.
This is a brand new quant function, you'll be the first in this team, embedded directly in the front office, with plans to grow the team beneath you. The credit side of the business has already successfully built out this capability, so there's a proven model and live case study to draw from.
What you'll be doing
Building and enhancing dynamic fund-level financial models (capital allocation, return optimisation, liquidity)
Developing tactical front-office tools that bridge investment teams and technology
ETL and data management across an Azure-hosted Data Lake environment
Integrating with enterprise platforms (OMS, fund accounting, loan accounting systems)
