Responsabilidades
Active Directory: permission management for users, creating work groups, setting up users and groups, adding or deleting computers.
Helpdesk: provide assistance to employees with technological matters.
Corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment, replacing damaged parts when necessary.
Domain migration and deployment of systems.
Network management and telecommunications: routers, switches, Fortinet firewalls, WAN (Ruckus Zone Director), LAN, VPN, point‐to‐point network links.
Telephony systems: Hipath **** Siemens / Cisco CME, monitoring installation of CCTV.
Asset inventory and control using Wasp System (labels).
Development of value proposals to improve organizational efficiency.
Requisitos
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Advanced English language skills.
Proactive profile with strong problem‐solving capacity.
Detailed knowledge of IT best practice processes.
