Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, authentication, and access permissions.
- Enforce IT security policies, including password control and MFA.
- Monitor system access and respond to security incidents.
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot PCs, printers, Windows OS, and applications.
- Support Microsoft Outlook and company email systems.
- Escalate complex issues to vendors when required.
- Conduct basic user training and IT guidance.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
- Set up user profiles, shared folders, and network drives.
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Support basic network setup (switching, patching).
- Assist in maintaining servers and overall IT infrastructure.
