As Varel Singapore continues to grow its hospitality operations, we are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven IT Executive to support the hotel's daily technology infrastructure and ensure smooth system operations across all departments. This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting end users, and delivering reliable IT services that enhance both guest and staff experiences. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for hotel systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure across departments. Monitor and maintain Property Management Systems (PMS), POS systems, Wi-Fi connectivity, telecommunication systems, and other operational applications to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly while minimizing operational downtime.
