Information Technology (IT) Help Desk Technician
Position Summary:
The IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and maintenance of the company’s IT systems, software, and hardware. This role ensures that employees have reliable and efficient access to technology resources by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems and devices. The IT Help Desk Technician will maintain accurate IT asset inventories, assist with system deployments, and provide excellent customer service to end users while escalating complex issues as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Install and configure software and hardware.
+ Wiping and De-commissioning obsolete hardware.
+ Assist with the deployment of software updates.
+ Setup accounts and workstations.
+ Imaging laptops and desktops.
+ Terminate ethernet cables as required.
