The role is responsible for defining and leading the regional IT operations and service desk strategy, ensuring standardized service models,SLAs,KPIs, andITIL‑based practices. It oversees the full infrastructureroadmap, including endpoints, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, identity and access management, telecommunications, enterprise applications, and singlesign‑on solutions. It manages incident response, major escalations, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity actions while drivingroot‑cause remediation. The role leads support and infrastructure teams, promoting workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, and a culture of excellence. It reports to executive leadership through clear,business‑impact‑oriented communication and manages vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, procurement processes, and budgets.
