Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities
- Management and support of the ICT Infrastructure (Core Fibre Network, Firewall, Servers, VOIP Telephone Systems, 400+ Workstations and Printers);
- Develop and execute the IT strategy;
- Manage, support, and lead the IT team;
- Develop and implement IT security policies and best practice guidelines; ensure systems, networks, and data are safe and secure;
- Budgeting and forecasting, expenditure and asset management;
- Project management;
- Manage Audio Visual and Print department;
- Setup, testing, and adherence to backup and disaster recovery;
- Software management – updates, license renewals for a wide range of software suites.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in a position of similar nature;
- Experience in customer service industries preferred; experience in the education sector is an added advantage but not essential;
