- Compliance & Security: Ensuring data security, compliance with policies, and system uptime.
- In-depth knowledge of core IT infrastructure: Networks, Firewall, Zero Trust platform, Cyber Security & virtualization technologies.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in frameworks like ITIL, Incident, Request, and Change Management. for effective IT service delivery.
- Windows domain & Cloud Proficiency: Possess a Strong knowledge on Active Directory, SCCM, Intune ,AV, VM & Azure. Network Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of network conc...
