IT Manager

1. OMS full-cycle ownership: Lead requirements analysis andtesting for the OMS system, covering web portal, WeChat mini-program, Android,and iOS platforms(development & maintenance).

2. Mobile app know-how: Possess basic mobile applicationdevelopment skills, primarily focused on app updates and version releasecoordination.

3. Production support & multi-system maintenance: Ensureoperational stability for integrated systems besides OMS, including the BCfinancial system, WMS warehouse system, and Guanmai (Vegetable Division)system.

4. Technical& coding background: Understand code, withhands-on experience in development/testing; leverage strong project managementskills using Agile (Scrum). Collaborate with Product Owner to refine backlog,split user stories, negotiate with developers, triage production bugs, and propose solutions.

5. Data base expertise: Proficient in SQL (relationaldatabases) and experienced with No SQL databases such as MongoDB.
