Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup systems, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot network issues within a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Manage and support corporate email systems (Exchange Server, Outlook, Mobile ActiveSync).
- Perform system administration for various servers.
- Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
