Key Responsibilities
Network & Infrastructure:
Manage and maintain all core components, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and firewalls. Lead the rollout and daily operations of SD-WAN, while charting a transition path toward ZTNA and SASE. Guarantee consistent uptime and peak performance for all systems across headquarters and retail outlets. Direct telco management activities, encompassing circuit provisioning, SIM oversight, and vendor escalations. Facilitate new store launches and specialized project deployments through robust infrastructure support. Cybersecurity & Governance:
Take ownership of achieving and maintaining Cyber Trust Mark and Data Protection Trust Mark (DPTM) certifications. Execute and verify network security protocols, including segmentation strategies and granular access policies.
