IT Operations Governance Advisor

Overview

Intact is looking for an IT Operations Governance Advisor to define, lead, and evolve the operational intelligence practice across the Technology sector. The role owns the Technology Operating Model, gathering, processing, and publishing operational insights while evangelizing best practices and monitoring compliance. The advisor will drive AI- and data‑driven strategies for KPIs and objectives, establishing robust feedback loops with business stakeholders and elevating IT’s operational performance.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range (35‑hour week): $109,900 – $134,300. Annual bonus target 15% of base salary, with up to double the target based on personal and company performance. Additional benefits include a hybrid work model, possibility to purchase up to 5 extra days off per year, telemedicine, wellness account, employee share purchase plan (ESPP), and a defined‑benefit pension plan providing guaranteed income for life.
