IT Operations Infra Manager

Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to lead our office infrastructure and operations landscape globally. This role will oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure management, desktop support services, office operations, and vendor governance—including managing our MSP (Managed Service Provider) relationships. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of IT services, while also leading infrastructure migration and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
. Infrastructure & Operations Management

Oversee enterprise-level infrastructure including network, servers, cloud services, security appliances, and end-user technologies.

Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems across all office sites.

Own IT operational KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks.
