Main Responsibilities and Job Role for Travel Agency
- Managing office computers, printers, and network systems
- Supporting ticketing and reservation systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)
- Managing company emails and data backups
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Maintaining website and online booking systems
- Managing cybersecurity and system access
- Assisting with CRM and accounting software
- Coordinating with third-party IT vendors
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Executive to manage and support our travel agency’s IT infrastructure, reservation systems, office network, and technical operations. Candidates with experience in travel technology platforms and office IT support will be preferred.
