IT Project Management Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Position Overview

In this role, you will support two functions within the broader Healthcare Finance Agile Release Train.

First, is serving as Scrum Master/Service Delivery Manager in a Kanban team, delivering capabilities for IM Transactional Data Store (TDS) and Finance Data Mart (FDM) applications. You will coach the team, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, and ensure delivery excellence across compliance sensitive initiatives (e.g., SOX) and integrations supporting enterprise accounting and financial systems. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering team, QA, Security, and Program Leadership across US–India time zones to achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes.
