IT (Resident Engineer)

i. IT services and facilities monitoring:

• The Personnel shall monitor the clients IT system and IT infrastructure availabilities using tools or systems identified by our client.
• To perform environmental monitoring (especially humidity and temperature).
• The Personnel shall monitor the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment related to server room using any system identified by our client such as Air Conditioning Units, Power Distribution Unit (PDU) and Rack Monitoring System.
• The Personnel shall immediately elevate any problems to relevant parties. They shall record and track status of issues until resolved.
• The Personnel shall be also responsible for recording and sign‑off of all shift log entries and checklist in a timely manner for handover to the next shift.
