We are seeking an IT Senior Business Analyst to improve the delivery of IT services by streamlining enterprise workflows end-to-end (requirements intake through project closeout) and aligning performance and budget processes. The role partners with stakeholders and development teams using appropriate SDLC methods (Agile/Scrum/Kanban or traditional) to implement improvements , automation, and support ServiceNow capabilities (including SPM/PPM) for portfolio planning, demand intake, project tracking, and reporting. The position also leads workshops and briefs senior leadership to drive adoption and decision-making.
