IT Service Analyst - Application Support

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of digital application systems, such as applications related to sales orders, business centre, API, promotions, price calculation and settlement, DI sales reports, margin minder, logistics supply chain and production planning, etc., supporting the launch of application system projects, handling IT problems, troubleshooting and application performance optimization.
• Assist the Senior IT Service Management Manager in implementing innovations and system improvements using new IT technologies. For example, the introduction of multi-cloud platform PaaS and SaaS services, cutting-edge databases, microservices, containers/Docker, and middleware products to promote technological innovations such as automated O&M, AIOps, and DevOps to better meet the company’s growing business needs and digital transformation needs.
