About the Role
You will deliver reliable first-line IT support maintain a stable and secure infrastructure and drive measurable improvements in IT service adoption across the business. This is a hands-on people-facing role where your communication skills and technical expertise will make a direct impact every day.
What Youll Do- Provide first-line support for hardware software and network issues (laptops desktops mobile phones printers and peripherals)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS MS Office DNS DHCP and TCP/IP
- Manage and fulfill service requests through ITIL-aligned service management processes
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation with high accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and implement lasting fixes
- Support IT onboarding and drive user adoption of technology tools
