IT SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (REMOTE) - SOUTH AFRICA

RedCat Recruitment urgently is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced IT SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (REMOTE) for a growing, well-established large concern, position based in South Africa.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant qualification/s.

58 years of experience in a similar position.

Proven experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, or Service Coordination roles.

Previous hands-on experience as a Network Engineer (essential )!

Strong understanding of network lifecycle (design, deployment, migration, validation), optical transport / networking environments (DWDM, L0/L1, etc).

Experience interacting with customers, cross-functional delivery teams and engineering resources.

Daily collaboration with teams based in Europe.
