Our client is looking for an IT Service Management & SaaS Coordination Officer to support and improve the governance process around the introduction, approval, use and lifecycle of client software and cloud/SaaS solutions.

The role combines IT governance, stakeholder coordination, operational follow-up and process improvement. The consultant will act as a central coordination point between business users, IT, architects, procurement, information security, data protection and service teams to ensure that software and SaaS solutions are introduced in a controlled, compliant and efficient way.

This is not a pure project management role, nor a technical security role. The focus is on governance execution, coordination, documentation, follow-up and continuous improvement in a complex group environment.
