IT Services Supervisor - Full Time Position $63,000

Overview:
Responsible for the day-to-day support activities of the Information Services department at the Six Flags Darien Lake. This position is designed to supervise and support hotel technology, ongoing corporate initiatives, local park projects, and the development of seasonal employees. The Information Services Supervisor is responsible for maintaining systems in all areas of the property and works closely with management, corporate support teams, and vendors.
Starting Rate begins at $55,000 annual salary.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first level technical support to resort guests and staff in a positive and professional manner.
* Provide first level support for hotel property management systems in coordination with vendor and corporate support teams.
* Provide after hours and on-call support, as assigned, for urgent issues as needed to support a 24/7 operation of park property.
