IT Specialist

Requirements:

Degree in B.S. Information Technology or

similar courses

At least 1-2 years of experience as an IT Support or Helpdesk Specialist

Knowledge of Network and System Administration would be an advantage

Knowledge of Security System operation and maintenance would be an advantage

Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.

In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network.

Proficiency in IT helpdesk software

Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.

Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security

Any IT Certification (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) would be an advantage

Willing to report to our Los Baños site.

Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
