Opportunity Description
Provide Helpdesk Support for IT requests/issues reported by Tickets/Emails/Walkins/Teams/Telephone and the ones escalated by 1st level support staff. Administration of Active Directory Domain, Servers and applications running on them. Keeping the Software and Server Infrastructure up to date by patching/updating/upgrading/replacing. Provide End-user Trainings and orientation on the IT Resources provided Requirements
Create and maintain documentation in IT Knowledgebase. Actively contribute to optimize IT processes. Initiate IT Purchase requests and keeping the IT Inventory UpToDate. Occasional travel to Thorlabs locations and weekend work would be required. Create and maintain excellent relation with Technology Venders and Suppliers. Upskill to new technologies that the company can benefit from. Willingness to travel upto 25%. Benefits
