Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time IT Specialist to manage our email deliverability infrastructure, domain health, IT systems, and employee technical support.
Inbox deliverability is a critical responsibility for this role. Experience supporting cold email infrastructure and maintaining high email deliverability rates is strongly preferred.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Check domain and sender IP blacklists daily.
- Monitor inbox deliverability and email account health.
- Review SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS records for issues.
- Monitor Microsoft 365, Exchange, SendGrid, and Google Postmaster.
