Insight Global is seeking an IT Specialist for a 3 month contract to hire opportunity sitting on-site in San Francisco, CA. As the IT Generalist, you'll help build and maintain a broad array of enterprise systems, networks, and technologies. Reporting to the Head of IT and Security, this role serves as a critical member of the IT team. It requires a solid understanding of general IT knowledge, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, proficiency in workflow automation, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to various challenges. You will identify and build solutions that impact business processes and workflows, interfacing both internally and externally with vendors and consultants to support technology solutions. Position requires someone who has knowledge with MacOS systems, in depth knowledge of JAMF and Google Workspace administrative duties.
