IT Specialist (WMS & Customs)

We are currently looking to strengthen our IT team by hiring an IT Specialist (WMS & Custom s) to join a key team acting as the link between technology and logistics operations, working on high‑impact projects. The position is based at Noatum Logistics’ offices in Barcelona (Torre Auditori).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain system integrations (WMS, customers, external platforms).
• Analyse business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Participate in customer onboarding projects and logistics integrations.
• Manage technical incidents and optimise existing processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure correct system performance.
• Perform testing, validations and technical documentation.
• Generate reports and data analysis to support decision‑making.
