Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for customer service delivery and availability
Acts as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, troubleshooting support and problem resolution for corporate customers
Complete technical tasks with the stakeholders to accomplish deployment project & Post-sales maintenance
Manage Storage solutions such as storage consolidation, data protection, storage performance, backup and restore, disaster recovery.
Manage Virtualization solutions for enterprise level.
Prepare technical documentation, e.g. technical diagram & procedure, user guide and issue support reports
Requirements
