IT Supervisor

IT Supervisor Position Overview: The IT Supervisor provides first‑level support for local computer systems and oversees the daily operations of the IT Department. This role leads a small technical team responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems. The IT Supervisor ensures timely troubleshooting, coordinates system upgrades, ensures adherence to local and corporate IT policies/procedures, and works closely with the Corporate IT team to ensure system reliability, security, and maximum uptime.

Salary $80,000 to $95,000 per year.
