IT Supplier Relationship Manager

This is a hybrid position that would require candidates to be onsite at our Rosemont, IL headquarters 2-3x per week.
Position Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the development, maintenance, and adoption of the IT SRM governance framework (e.g., segmentation, cadence, RACI, standards, templates, and tools) across IT and applicable suppliers

+ Support supplier lifecycle management activities (onboarding, changes, renewals, and exits), including defining requirements, decision points, and success criteria, in coordination with internal stakeholders

+ Lead performance governance (e.g., SLAs/XLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and QBRs), including monitoring performance, identifying issues, facilitating escalations as appropriate, and supporting corrective action plans
